In Manager, you can set the time format to match your culture or local business practices. Time format options include digit group size and AM/PM annotation. Manager uses and displays time only in the History file.
In the Settings tab, click Date & Number Format link:
In the dropdown box on the screen that appears, choose your format and click Update:
- The 9:40:07 option displays single-digit hours (when possible), using a 24-hour clock.
- The 09:40:07 option displays two-digit hours in all cases, again using a 24-hour clock.
- The 09:40:07 AM option displays two-digit hours, but uses a 12-hour clock, distinguishing morning and afternoon with AM and PM annotation.
Note
Time formats apply only to the business where they are selected in Manager. Times are referenced to the time zone of the computer where the program is being used, regardless of which edition is involved (desktop, server, or cloud).
