PDF (Portable Document Format) files of transaction forms and reports can be generated using the Print feature Manager. While viewing any completed transaction or report, click on the Print button near the top of the Manager window:

Virtually all modern operating system printer drivers include a “save to PDF” or “print as PDF” capability. For those that do not, third-party PDF generators are available, customized for languages and operating systems. Use one of these options after clicking Print to create and save a PDF file.
