To reset your administrator password.

1. Go to Manager Cloud.

2. Enter your domain name and click “Next”

3. Since you are unable to remember your administrator password, click the “Forgot Password” link to have a login link sent to your email address.

4. Once logged in, click the “Reset Password” button to reset the password for the “administrator” user.
